Pediatric Hearing Assessment

Our Kitchener clinic is the only authorized provider of the Infant Hearing Program (IHP) in the Kitchener-Waterloo region. Our IHP audiologists are specially trained in pediatric audiometry, ensuring thorough hearing evaluations for infants.

Hearing Aids and Hearing Assistive Technology

Today’s hearing aids are discreet, comfortable, and offer a range of styles to suit your preferences. Our hearing professionals can guide you through all the options, whether you need basic amplification or advanced features like connecting to your phone, computer, TV, and even remote microphones.

Ear Wax Removal

Earwax is crucial for ear health, but too much can cause hearing issues. Our solutions, like cerumenolytic drops and manual removal, ensure safe and effective earwax management.

Central Auditory Processing Assessment

Auditory Processing Disorder (APD) can hinder one’s ability to perceive and interpret sounds, especially in noisy or complex settings. Our team provides the region’s most comprehensive assessment for children and adults. This identifies APD and informs effective management strategies.

Dizziness Assessment and Treatment

Our clinic understands the challenges of balance and dizziness that affect Kitchener residents of all ages. Our audiologists assess if your dizziness stems from a vestibular issue. If so, we offer effective treatments like BPPV maneuvers and vestibular rehabilitation therapy to help restore your balance.
