Our experience with Allison at the Clinic has been absolutely outstanding. She has been taking care of my daughter, who is almost three years old, and I couldn't be happier with the level of care she provides. Allison is incredibly detail-oriented and truly understands the critical importance of hearing aids for a child's development. She consistently goes above and beyond, always facilitating the earliest possible appointments for us and personally taking the time to discuss details via email. During hearing tests, she is remarkably patient and takes the time to explain everything descriptively so parents understand exactly what is happening. She has a wonderful way of making the entire process as easy and comfortable as possible for a toddler. She is highly experienced and genuinely cares about her patients. I highly recommend Allison to any parent looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate specialist

We booked an appointment for my 3 year old son to have Ear wax removal. From booking appointment to getting it done, Our experience has been really good.
FYI: There are few forms required to be filled out and it can be done online. So not to worry.
There is plenty of parking space available at the back of the building and you can use either elevator or stairs to go to second floor where it is located.
I highly recommend this place for ear wax removal.
* Please follow the instructions and put mineral or olive oil seven days to affected ear prior to your appointment.

I went to the Ear & Hearing Clinic for myself and for my 2yo. The staff is very helpful and competent. I was able to get appointments quickly and the reception (Natalie) was very nice when I had to reschedule.

The staff and Chris Wasowicz (The Audiologist) really made me feel at ease and comfortable during my appointments. Chris explained how the hearing test would work, what to expect and what to do during the hearing tests. I actually really enjoyed it and it was quite informative.
Chris also walked me step by step on how to put my hearing aids in, to how and when to clean them.
Chris also mentioned to me that should I need any help with the hearing aids that he (or another staff member) would be there to help.
I also want to add that beside having hearing loss and tinnitus, it was wonderful to look at peoples eyes and not have to watch them mouth their words, My tinnitus has also been reduced.
I want to thank Chris and the staff for all the help and time they've given me.

I've had tinnitus since 2013. I saw Jason on January 23rd when I had a sudden emergency with my hearing. The audiologist I have been seeing the last few years the quality of care has been greatly declining and he only works one day per week. My fiance called this clinic on my behalf. I was in a terrible state, very scared and anxious. Jason was amazing! He ran thorough hearing tests, more than I've had done with other clinics. His demeanor is very calm and reassuring. He's so respectful and kept checking in with me throughout all the tests to make sure I still felt comfortable. The compassion he showed me really helped make a frightening day more manageable.
